Thank you for shopping at Powell & Pearl Boutique. We strive to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your items will arrive.



1. Processing Time

    •    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays).

    •    If we have a high volume of orders, processing time may be extended to 5 business days, but we will keep you informed via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

5–8 business days

USPS 

Expedited Shipping

2–4 business days

USPS Express 


3. Shipping Costs

    •    Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight/size and destination.

    •    Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100.00

    •    Flat rate shipping of $8.00 may apply for certain destinations.



4. International Shipping

    •    At this time, Powell & Pearl Boutique does not offer international shipping.




5. Order Tracking

    •    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    •    It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive it.



6. Lost or Damaged Packages

    •    If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at powellandpearl@gmail.com. We will help you track it and file a claim if necessary.

    •    For items damaged during shipping, please save all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of damage.



7. Returns & Exchanges

    •    Returns or exchanges must follow our Return Policy 

    •    Some items (sale items, personalized pieces, etc.) may not be eligible for return.
